Northbrook Man Charged With DUI After Crashing Into 3 Trees
The crash happened last month on South Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville.
A 23-year-old Northbrook man faces a DUI charge after he crashed into three trees on a median on South Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville last month.
Hyun Jon Roh, of 3496 Salem Walk in Northbrook, has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection with the Nov. 26 crash, according to a Libertyville Police Department report.
Police were called to the crash on South Milwaukee Avenue near North Artaius Parkway at 1:25 a.m. Roh’s vehicle had crashed into three trees on the median.

Police administered field sobriety tests, which Roh failed, according to police. He was arrested and later eleased after posting his driver’s license and a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
Roh’s court date was scheduled for Dec. 16
