The display is part of Patch's 2026 Lake and McHenry Halloween yard tour, and visitors can even snag traditional candy bars on Halloween night.
   

• Benched in 2nd half, Libertyville's Jackson Yarc returns to beat Lake Zurich with TD pass he won't soon forget (chicagotribune.com) — Libertyville fans just saw a thriller, as junior quarterback Jackson Yarc returned late in the fourth quarter to lead the Wildcats on an 84-yard drive and throw the game-winning touchdown against Lake Zurich. His comeback capped a rough night on the bench and secured a 14-10 win and sole possession of first place in the North Suburban Conference.
