
Looking for something to do this week? Here are five things that are coming up:
- The Libertyville Village Board will hold its regular meeting at 8 p.m. May 8 at Village Hall. Items on the agenda include: reviewing proposals and awarding a contract for electrical aggregation and consideration of a raffle license request.
- will hold its Spring Choral Concert at 7:30 p.m. May 9 in the auditorium.
- A ribbon cutting will be held at 4 p.m. May 10 for a new business, NV Salon & Spa, located at 906 S. Milwaukee Ave.
- Nancy Atherton, author of the Aunt Dimity mystery series, will speak at the at 1 p.m. May 11. Registration is required for this event. Visit the Cook Memorial Library website.
- The Gardeners of Central Lake County will hold their annual plant sale from 8:30 to 11 a.m. May 12 at the Libertyville Civic Center loading dock.
