Learn the best way to purchase a second property.

D128 Community Education, Neighbor

This class will teach and inform you the best way to purchase a second property. Learn about the requirements that banks have for owning a second home: minimum down payment, credit score, affordability, and the rules regarding different types of properties. This class will not cover buying or owning time shares. Gold Card Fee is $7.50. Tuition: $15. Class meets Wednesday, October 21 from 6:30–8:00 PM, at Libertyville High School. Registration is required. Register online through District 128’s Community Education Department at www.ComEd128.org, or call 847-247-4576 to register by phone.
