Turkish Security Officials Charged Over Protester Attack
The police in Washington D.C. announced charges against 12 Turkish security officials in connection with the attack on American citizens protesting President Erdogan outside the embassy in D.C. last month. They will be arrested if they try to reenter the U.S.. (Patch).

University Of Michigan Looks To 'Change Lives'
The school will start offering tuition-free education to students with family incomes of $65,000 or less. "This is a transformative moment in the history of the University of Michigan — our state and nation is watching us," Board of Regents Chairman Mark Bernstein said. (Patch).
Deputies Rescue Kidnapped Woman
The woman was held prisoner for more than 12 hours. Police say that she had been kidnapped by two transients who zip-tied, gagged, Tasered, and assaulted her. (Patch).
