Spring Break Dancer Stay-Cation Class: Restorative Exercise for Dancers

Calling all dancers!  Join us as we celebrate Libertyville Fine Arts Month with a FREE class!

Take a break from your busy dance schedule to take care of yourself.  Join us on Monday, March 24th at 10:30 am for a rejuvenating movement class designed especially for you.  Melissa Reh, PT will lead you in an hour of total body movement to loosen tight muscles and restore strength that has been depleted by an aggressive dance class and rehearsal schedule.  This is a great way to enjoy your break from school and dance – think of it as a spring break stay-cation for your body!

This class is suitable for all dancers, age 10 and older.  Please register by calling 847-362-9171 on or before Wednesday, March 19th.
