Woman Arrested at Condell for Trespassing
The woman is accused of berating police and hospital staff.
LIBERTYVILLE, IL – A 36-year-old Buffalo Grove woman was arrested in the emergency room at Condell Medical Center after she refused to leave. Diana Zisman, of the 1200 block of Bristol Lane in Buffalo Grove, is also accused of berating doctors, staff and police before she was taken into custody, according to a Libertyville Police Department report.
Authorities were first called to the emergency room at Condell, 801 S. Milwaukee Avenue, at 12:16 a.m. on Nov. 30. Hospital staff told police Zisman was a visitor at the hospital who was being disruptive and was refusing to leave, according to the police report.
Police said officers attempted to intervene but Zisman allegedly continued to berate doctors, staff, and police. After repeatedly refusing to leave, she was arrested and charged with criminal trespass to property, according to police reports.

She was released after signing a $120 personal recognizance bond. A no trespass warning at Condell Hospital was also issued for Zisman.
She is next expected in court on Jan. 9.
