Your Guide To Dog Days of Summer 2018
Head downtown Libertyville this weekend for the Dog Days of Summer Festival, which runs July 6 through July 8.

Libertyville will again serve as the site for the "Dock Dogs Regional Finals" this weekend, giving local residents the chance to watch 100 nationally ranked dogs run and leap from a 40-foot dock into a 27,000-gallon pool of water on Church Street. The dogs will compete for the longest distance when the competition gets underway Friday afternoon. The Dogs Days of Summer Festival will run Friday through Sunday and will include several dog-oriented events and over 30 vendors in Cook Park.

The festival is hosted by the local Knights of Columbus.
