Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group's Lincoln Park Clybourn Office Partnered with Anixter Center

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group’s Lincoln Park Clybourn office, in conjunction with the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation, spent time with clients at the Anixter Center on June 7th during the company-wide Week of Kindness event. During the event, close to 500 Realtors® from 24 of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group offices volunteer time and services to organizations in their respective communities.

Agents from the Lincoln Park Clybourn office chose to support their neighbor, Anixter Center. Anixter Center’s mission is to provide an array of services and support for people with disabilities and related challenges to live, learn, work and play in the community. Each year, the center helps 8,000 children, teens and adults by providing residential, educational, employment, socialization and health services. This is the 2nd year that the Clybourn office has partnered with The Anixter Center. Individual agents have even engaged with the Center on their own and have offered a series of cooking classes over the past year. One agent even joined their Associate Counsel.

“I’m very proud of the work our Clybourn agents have done and plan to do on behalf of The Anixter Center,” said Darlene Little, Managing Broker of the firm’s Clybourn location. “When our agents initially spent time at the Anixter Center, they felt a deep connection to the clients with whom they were interacting. It’s because of this connection that many of them have felt compelled to become even more involved with this incredible organization.”
