Tucked away on West Armitage Avenue is a small shop that specializes in olive oil and we thought this might a nice spin on what most of us associate the holiday of Hannukah with. Definitely not extra virgin, imported, pure, and wait—yes, cooking olive oil.

Believe it or not, precisely this kind of oil is more accurately related to this festival of eight days then the greasy, cholesteral-friendly, cooking oil we are all accustomed to—at least when you look it at from a kabbalistic and more spiritual point of view.
