The Chicago Photographic Arts Society (CPAS) is pleased to present up to 40 fine art works by 14 members that celebrate the beauty and wonders of nature in its many variations.

The public is invited to a reception on Saturday, Aug 22 at 2pm, followed by a Photo Talk at 3pm. Experienced photographers/instructors will discuss ways to make images more creative, artistic and emotionally satisfying regardless of skill level and style.

CPAS originated from a gathering of kindred spirits who studied fine arts nature photography at the Chicago Botanic Garden. As purveyors of nature’s beauty, we strive for artistic and innovative image-making that incorporates various materials, textures, and media to bring an image’s deeper perspective to light. We have conducted many exhibits and conducted educational programs throughout Chicagoland.
