Chicago Restaurant Named Best In The World
A luxury lifestyle magazine called the restaurant a "distinctly modern and painstakingly curated experience."
CHICAGO, IL — Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood is home to the best restaurant in the world, according to a luxury lifestyle magazine. Elite Traveler gave its top spot to the award-winning, Michelin-starred restaurant Alinea. The restaurant at 1723 North Halsted is famous for its relentless creativity and attention to detail.
Elite Traveler said Alinea "has created its own unique definition of contemporary fine dining." Noting the restaurant's recent major renovation, Elite Traveler said Alinea never fails to impress discerning diners from around the world.
"From taffy balloons to edible tablecloths and cinnamon bark chopsticks, the zany to the sublime, dinner at Alinea is always a distinctly modern and painstakingly curated experience."
