JBaby Announces Fall Programming!

Leader in Jewish programming for young families expands class offerings in city and suburbs

September 2015, CHICAGO – jBaby Chicago, the Jewish United Fund’s outreach arm to new and expectant families, is happy to announce its fall class and programming lineup. jBaby (http://www.juf.org/jbabychicago/) is the first formal program of JUF of Metropolitan Chicago that aims to connect new and expectant families in the Chicago area to Jewish life.

jBaby Chicago connects families with children under the age of two to other Jewish families in all areas of life. These connections can help develop a community where new families can share valuable parenting resources and advice on topics such as: preschools, raising children, local events and activities, how to incorporate Judaism into daily life, and much more.


Since 2014, jBaby has delivered programming in the city and suburbs of Chicago to over 450 parents through one-on-one meetings with parent ambassadors, playgroups and classes like “Love, Religion… And Baby,” and “Connecting the Expecting.” Sample jBaby Fall classes include:

Plus jBaby Chicago offers special events around holidays or topics of interest. On October 13, join jBaby Chicago experts for an Expectant Parent Panel on what to expect when you’re expecting a Jewish baby. On October 25, there will be a jBaby Family Play Date for families to congregate with each other.
