Throughout her career, Proctor has managed sales for some of the most recognizable condominium developments in Chicago, including 2550 N. Lakeview, Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago (401 N. Wabash), The Fordham (25 E. Superior), 65 E. Goethe and Olympia Centre (161 E. Chicago).
As president of the Tere Proctor Group at @properties, she will focus primarily on serving individual buyers and sellers of luxury residences in Chicago’s core downtown neighborhoods, including the Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North and Lincoln Park. She will work out of @properties’ Gold Coast office.

Prior to joining @properties, Proctor was president of ARC Residential, a brokerage firm specializing in the sales and marketing of luxury developments. Previously, she was director of sales at Trump Tower. Proctor’s career sales volume is in excess of $1 billion.
