Swedish Covenant Hospital Partners with Land of Lincoln Health to Deliver New Insurance Plans to Consumers

Swedish Covenant Hospital today announced their partnership with Land of Lincoln Health (LLH) to offer individuals and businesses in Cook County the LLH Swedish Covenant Hospital health insurance plan. This specialized health insurance option offered by LLH will keep costs down for members who primarily visit health care providers and hospitals in the Swedish Covenant Hospital health system.

Under this plan, patients can see Swedish Covenant Hospital Preferred Partner providers for the lowest copays, coinsurance and out-of-pocket costs. The providers include most physicians, nurses, advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants affiliated with Swedish Covenant Hospital facilities.

While members of the Land of Lincoln Health Swedish Covenant Hospital plan are incentivized to see Preferred Partner providers, they still have access to Land of Lincoln Health in-network providers throughout the state. Coverage for treatment outside of the Swedish Covenant Hospital network remains high-quality and cost-effective.
