Choose DuPage Announces Senior Staff Promotion; New Team Member

Choose DuPage Economic Development Alliance is proud to announce the promotion of a senior staff member and new hire to bolster internal operations for the Alliance. Lisa Miceli, Economic Development Director has been promoted to Vice President of Economic Development, and Amy Schilling has been hired in the role of Director of Investor Relations. These position moves were made effective July 1.

In her new role, Lisa Miceli is responsible for developing and implementing policies and practices that promote business retention and expansion in DuPage County, as well as promoting businesses and working with companies, site selectors and governmental entities on business attraction initiatives. With this promotion, Lisa will also oversee the agency’s foreign direct investment initiatives, working to bring new international companies and partners to DuPage while also to connect DuPage companies with international resources. Lisa Miceli first began working with Choose DuPage in 2013 in the role of Business Services Manager and was promoted to Economic Development Director in 2016.

Amy Schilling joined the staff at Choose DuPage in the role of Director of Investor Relations. Amy will be responsible for assessing the changing needs of the DuPage County business community, helping to create and communicate the Choose DuPage vision and developing a strategy to further bolster membership. Amy will also be charged with ensuring members receive a healthy return on their investment in Choose DuPage.

The promotion of Lisa Miceli to Vice President, Economic Development, and the hiring of Amy Schilling as Director, Investor Relations, signifies the commitment of Choose DuPage to creating and supporting a vibrant business environment in DuPage County.
