Easter Egg Hunts Planned At Community Park Bandshell In Lisle

LISLE, IL — The spirit of Easter will be in full swing on April 9, when Lisle Park District hosts three daytime Easter egg hunts and a flashlight Easter egg hunt at Community Park Bandshell.

The daytime egg hunts, geared for children between two and 10 years old, will have three different start times and will be organized by age group. The time slots are as follows:

  • 10 a.m.: Two years old and younger
  • 10:15 a.m.: Three to six years old
  • 10:30 a.m.: Seven to 10 years old

Participants must bring their own Easter baskets and must register in advance by April 7 to take part in these egg hunts. The cost to attend is $10 for residents and $15 for nonresidents. Click the link to register for the daytime Easter egg hunts.

Older kids (ages 10 to 14 years old) can get in on the fun during a flashlight egg hunt that's set for 8 p.m. at Community Park Bandshell. Participants will meet up at the bandshell for check-in before heading to a grove of trees across the street to take part in the egg hunt.

The cost to attend is $10 for residents and $15 for nonresidents. Pre-registration is required by April 7 and participants must bring their own flashlights and Easter baskets. Click the link to register for the flashlight Easter egg hunt.

These egg hunts will take place rain or shine, so the Lisle Park District encourages participants to dress according to the weather.
