Overcoming Everyday Stress with Self-help Reflexology

Is Stress affecting your sleep and performance at work? Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you have a hard time finding time to care for yourself because you're taking care of others?

This hands-on workshop will show how to decrease stress, anxiety, pain and physical manifestations of stress such as headaches, digestive issues and poor sleep.  Using points on the feet and hands, I will demonstrate what reflex points can be pressed to reduce pain and stress, increase relaxation, and clear the mind. We will discuss how to help specific issues of participants as well as how to apply these techniques to your children, spouse, family, and friends.
