Foster Homes Needed for THIS Saturday 11/4!

It's getting cold outside and the shelters are having a hard time keeping up with the overPUPulation. Safe Haven Dog Rescue would like to give these deserving dogs and puppies the chance to get out of the cold and travel to Illinois THIS Saturday 11/4...but we need committed foster homes first!

Honey and Spice are typical lab mixes, dopey and sweet. Both females. Honey is approximately 1 yr old, Spice is approx. 9 months.
Trevor and Tallie are just babies at approximately 12 week old. we believe they are Terrier/Hound (Beagle?) mixes. They are very sweet and can be fostered separately or together.
Billie is a 15 week old female hound mix. She is the only survivor of her litter and would love for someone to show her what it's like to be warm and loved.
Cozmo - 12-14 week old male (Wanda is his mother) Part hound, all love!
Wanda (mother of Cozmo)is a beautiful beagle/hound mix that is Heartworm positive. (HW+). She approx. 35 lbs. and gets along with other dogs beautifully. Her foster home would need to be committed to giving her a place to stay for a minimum of 2 months while she undergoes her treatment. HW+ dogs are among the most overlooked and often euthanized shelter dogs due to the sheer cost of treatment. Let's give his girl a chance!
Safe Haven Dog Rescue pays for all vetting (done locally in Geneva, South Elgin, Wheaton, Naperville and Elmhurst) and provides you with a crate, collar, leash, food, treats, toys, a foster support network, and more while you foster.
