A Night of Jazz - Sean van Dril
A multitalented bandleader and pianist, Sean van Dril is considered one of the brightest young jazz prospects in the Chicagoland area. Since he began his studies in jazz at the age of 11, he has established himself as a top tier musician. While participating in the renowned Naperville North High School jazz program, van Dril was the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions. These include the Outstanding Soloist Award at the Rolling Meadows Jazz Festival in 2012 and 2013, an Outstanding Soloist Award at the 2013 North Shore Jazz Festival, and being selected as a 2013 ILMEA All-State musician. In addition to these personal accolades, Sean van Dril has also participated in a number of award-wining jazz ensembles.
