Lisle Community Band Concert Thursday June 23rd Rain Or Shine!! Help Us Celebrate Our 30th Year!!

A Free Patriotic Concert Will Performed by the Lisle Community Band tomorrow June 23rd

The Lisle Community Band celebrates its 30th year of performing free concerts in the park with a concert Thursday June 23rd at 7:30 pm. Under the direction of Steven Green, the group will present a patriotic theme with an Armed Forces Salute and much more. A highlight will be a presentation of the flags of each branch of the United States military by the Ross Bishop VFW of Lisle. The free concert is held in Lisle Community Park, 1825 Short Street. In case of extreme weather the concert will move to the Lisle Senior High School auditorium, 1800 Short Street. Refreshments will be sold and a raffle held. Please bring a chair or blanket for comfortable seating. Upcoming concerts are Thursdays July 7th, July 14th, July 21st and the Lisle Community Jazz Band performs music of the Big Bands Thursday July 28th.
