The Lisle Community Band Seeks Musicians for the 2017 Summer Concert Series!

Love playing music? Has it been a long time? Don't miss this opportunity to get
back into the music world! The Lisle Community Band and Jazz Band are seeking musicians to join in this summer's Concerts in the Park. Woodwinds, brass and percussion needed. NO AUDITIONS but proficiency on a band instrument is required. High School freshman through seasoned adult welcome!

The Community Concert Band starts rehearsals Tuesday June 6th. The band meets at Lisle Senior High School 1800 Short Street in Lisle. The rehearsals are from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The Community Jazz Band begins Monday June 12th same times and location. You may join one or both groups with one membership fee of $30. This fee provides you with a uniform shirt.

The concerts planned are Thursdays June 22rd , July 13th , July 20th , July 27th and
the Jazz Band concert is Thursday August 3rd . We also are scheduled to march in
the Lisle Community Fourth of July parade Tuesday July 4th. For more information
