(Lisle) - On Wednesday, the Lisle Public Library’s Outreach program visited St. Joan of Arc school to promote the Frog and the Toad book series. Kindergarten and first grade students were entertained with stories, by a representative from the library, reading Frog and Toad books to the students. During story time, the actual characters were in the room acting out the stories for the children.
Through friendly service, rich collections and age appropriate programming, the Lisle Library District works to grow readers and life long learners. They strive to help instill a keen curiosity and a sense of wonder in the children who visit the library. Check out all of the fantastic things they have to offer!
