New Citizen Services Portal Offers Permits, Payments, More In Lisle
The online portal grants residents and business owners easier access to permits, licenses, parking payments and more.
LISLE, IL — Lisle residents and business owners can now access the village's new Citizen Services Portal, which offers a more streamlined way to apply for permits and licenses, make payments and report concerns.
“Since the onset of the pandemic, the Village recognized the need to offer online services in order to offer the public more flexible solutions,” Lisle Mayor Christopher Pecak said in a news release.
He added, “Users will now be able to easily search, apply, pay for, and receive permits and licenses online through the easy-to-use Citizen Services public portal in addition to accessing a wealth of information regarding village services.”

The platform gives users access to the following services, among others:
- Building permits
- Business licenses
- Code violation reporting
- Crash report requests
- Parking permit purchase and renewal
- Parking ticket payments
- Special event permits
- Temporary liquor licenses
Lisle Village Manager Eric Ertmoed said in a statement, "All told, the new portal greatly enhances the Village’s online service offerings, simplifies the application process, and has offered a great tool to staff in their processing of applications more efficiently."
