Purge Unwanted Household Items During Community Cleanup Day In Lisle
Community Cleanup Day 2022 is set for Oct. 8 in Lisle.
LISLE, IL — If you're ready to purge unwanted items from your home in Lisle, you're in luck. The village's 2022 Community Cleanup Day is slated for Oct. 8, giving residents the opportunity to dispose of unlimited furniture and other bulk items.
Residents can place their items curbside for collection. Stickers must be affixed to the first five items, but additional items do not require stickers.

- Electronic waste
- Appliances
- Hazardous waste
- Railroad ties
- Construction materials
- Tires
- Yard waste
- Heavy items that will require special handling
If you have a cart subscription with LRS, you do not need to affix stickers to your items. To ensure pickup, residents must put their items at the curb by 6 a.m. on Oct. 8.
