Lisle, IL – Vision 202: Chapter 2, the second phase of Lisle Community Unit School District 202’s community engagement project kicks off on Tuesday, January 19 from 7-9 p.m. at Lisle Jr. High School (5207 Center Ave., Lisle IL). Vision 202: Chapter 2 will continue the collaborative process between the community and Lisle CUSD 202 by focusing on topics that will strengthen the District’s ability to optimize the learning environments for the students of today and tomorrow.
Session One’s topic will be “The Physical Condition of District Facilities”. Keynote speakers Mr. Mark Jolicoeur and Mr. Rick Young of Perkins+Will, an architecture and design firm, will present information about the current state of the District buildings from the recent facility evaluation completed during the summer of 2015.
Vision 202: Chapter 2 is designed to generate discussion and gather feedback based on the content presented in each progressive session. The Community’s input is once again an important component in the discussion about the next steps for Lisle CUSD 202 facilities. The feedback gathered from each session will serve as an important resource in the development of a Facilities Master Plan that will guide future facility decisions.
