• I&M Canal authority hosts ‘Crossroads of America' history celebration at Justice Park (southwestregionalpublishing.com) — Residents of Lyons can join a free, family-friendly history celebration on Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Justice Park District, co-sponsored by the Township of Lyons. The "Crossroads of America" event will feature historical re-enactors, children’s activities, live music, and local history exhibits, with free admission and opportunities to volunteer as a re-enactor.
