• Two charged with health care fraud in Madison County cases (thetelegraph.com) — Madison County prosecutors have charged a Collinsville man and a St. Louis woman with multiple felony counts of managed health care fraud, theft, conspiracy, and forgery tied to alleged Medicaid-related losses. Authorities say the case involves tens of thousands of dollars, though both defendants remain presumed innocent while the Madison County case moves through court.
