MANHATTAN, IL — For those who need to recycle various electronics, Will County residents can now do so at the Manhattan Township office building every fourth Thursday of the month.

Collections will still take place, even with the stay-at-home order due to the coronavirus. The village said the following precautions must be taken: the participant remains in their vehicle at all times; participant shows ID by holding it to their car window for staff to see; and staff is allowed to remove items without assistance.
