• Joe (Joseph Henry) Bortoletto-West Frankfort, IL (franklincounty-news.com) — Manteno residents are remembering Joe Bortoletto, who, with his late wife Annette, ran a State Farm Insurance agency in town for three decades before he returned to Southern Illinois. The 74-year-old, known for his quick wit, vast knowledge, and deep devotion to family, died suddenly on May 15 in West Frankfort. A memorial service is planned this Saturday in Benton.
