• KYTC Reveals Story Map For Potential I-24 Improvements (wpkyonline.com) — Transportation officials are mapping out major I-24 improvements from the Kentucky-Illinois line to Tennessee, including possible widening, new river bridges, and safer interchanges. Illinois is separately studying widening needs at the Ohio River Bridge near Metropolis and Brookport, which could eventually affect how locals cross the river and connect to the interstate.
