The complaint was filed on May 5. The department made an on-site visit and spoke with the manager. The department was told that the facility has been receiving complaints frequently for social distancing and mask wearing.

The store has one-way, floor markers and employees are stationed at the entrances and exits to ensure store capacity limits. Employees have also been trained to maintain social distancing and to remind customers to social distance, but customers don't always follow guidelines.

The health department saw all employees wearing masks, barriers in place, and employees at doors counting customers. The store did not appear to be overcrowded.
