July 14th-16th: Shooting camp; 3rd-8th grade
July 21st-23rd: Skills Camp; 3rd-8th grade
Skills camp focus:
-Proper Footwork, hands, and form when receiving ball
-Concentration on balance and athleticism when shooting
-Jump shots, post moves, on-on-on moves and moving without the ball
Skills Camp Focus:
-Ball handling, passing, and shooting
-Defense-on and off the ball
-Individual skills and team drills in controlled scrimmage situations
