Mokena, IL – April 1, 2013

On Wednesday March, 27, 2013, Troop Leader Mary Cummins - brought the Mokena Brownie Troop 70896 to the Mokena branch of Old Plank Trail Community Bank for a tour. The Mokena Brownie Troop visited all bank departments including Operations, Loans, Treasury Management, and Trusts.

They learned all about money and the difference between wants and needs. The highlight of the tour was when the troops opened a safe deposit box and found it filled with goodies just for them.

“It’s so nice that the bank did this for us. Not only for allowing the girls to participate but for also including their siblings. It was a great learning experience and we can't thank Old Plank Trail Community Bank enough,” said Mary Cummins, Mokena Brownie Troop leader.
