The Adult Book Discussion Group began in March 1998. It is now a good-sized group, seeing new faces just about every month, and welcomes anyone who wants to join in. Book selections vary; the group tries to switch around to keep it interesting and to broaden our horizons. They’ve read fiction and non-fiction, light stories and dark, popular titles and little-known ones.
The group meets year-round, the third Thursday of the month, from 7-8:30 p.m.
The book to read for March 17 is The Professor and the Madman by Simon Winchester.
