Will County Dog Park permits can be purchased at Dog Park Permit Day. Forest Preserve staff visit the dog parks to sell permits on site. District staff will issue permits at the at the Hammel Woods Dog Park in Shorewood, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., and at the Messenger Marsh Dog Park in Homer Glen, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
