Join the Mokena Fire Protection District for its annual open house and pancake breakfast on Sunday, Oct. 10, from 8am to noon. Breakfast is all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, orange juice, coffee and milk. Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children 4-12, and free for children 3 and younger. Visit the firehouse and see where your firefighters live and work.
