Senior Homestead Exemption Seminar

The Will County Supervisor Of Assessments Office will be available to answer questions on the Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption
 
This money-saving exemption allows senior citizens who have a total household income of less than $55,000 and meet certain other qualifications to elect to maintain the equalized assessed value of their homes at the base year EAV and prevent any increase in that value because of inflation.
