Mokena 2020 Trick-Or-Treating Hours

MOKENA, IL — Mokena will hold trick-or-treating hours from 3 to 7 p.m. on Saturday. If you do not wish to participate in trick-or-treating, you can hang a sign on your front window or door.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently released guidance for fall and winter holidays.

It did list traditional trick-or-treating as a higher risk activity and stated that costume masks should not be used in place of cloth face masks. You also should not wear a costume mask over a face mask, because it can make it hard to breathe. The CDC suggested using a Halloween-themed cloth mask.
