Mokena Library Continues Virtual Programming For Fall

The library said it will continue virtual programs as well as its weekly crafts available for pick-up.

MOKENA, IL — The Mokena Community Public Library District will continue to do virtual programming for the fall. According to a post on the library's Facebook page, it is "unable to do in-person programming for the time being."

The library said it will continue virtual programs as well as its weekly crafts available for pick-up. The first craft of the fall will be a sunflower craft kit for children. There will also be a sunflower-themed story time to go along with the craft.

The library remains open to the public for browsing. Hours are: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday. The library is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
