The discovery was made Monday, the Will County Sheriff's Office said, five days after a human skull and other bones were found.

MOKENA, IL — Will County Sheriff's police are back on the scene at a Mokena field Monday after more human remains were found there, authorities said.

Monday's discovery comes just five days after a human skull and other bones were found in the field at Oakwood Drive and Townline Road. Those remains have since been determined to be those of missing Joliet man 36-year-old Terhan F. Gordon.

Will County Sheriff's deputies said they will be back at the field for "several hours" and into the night Monday after more remains were discovered during a sweep of the area.
