Nominations Sought for JCC's 2013 J. D. Ross Award
The award is considered the school's highest honor and recognizes someone for service in a humanitarian, public or scholarly field and/or creative attainment.

Joliet Junior College is seeking nominations from the community for its annual J. D. Ross Extraordinary Service Award.
Established by the JJC Board of Trustees in honor of President Emeritus J. D. Ross, the award recognizes outstanding community service performed in Illinois Community College District 525 in the areas of humanitarian service, distinguished public service, scholarly service, and/or creative attainment. It is the highest honor given by the college.

Community members are invited to nominate an individual who should be recognized for extraordinary service in one (or more) of the areas named above. Complete guidelines and the nomination form are available to download at www.jjc.edu/info/esa.

Nominations must be submitted to the JJC Communications & External Relations Office, Main Campus: A-3115 1215 Houbolt Road, Joliet, IL 60431. All nominations must be postmarked or received by 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013. Nominations received after that date will be considered for the following year.
