“Through all of the ups and downs of the economy, one thing that remains consistent is the excellence of our Lincoln-Way high schools,” Kara said. “They provide a strong foundation for this community. As a local business owner, I feel it is important to give something back. I choose to support the Lincoln-Way Foundation because it has a significant impact.”

Every donation to the Lincoln-Way Foundation benefits all four Lincoln-Way High Schools. Since its inception in 1994, the Foundation has donated over $3.5 million. The Foundation donates 95 percent of all money raised to benefit Lincoln-Way students through classroom grants and student scholarships.

The Foundation Dream Raffle is one of the Foundation’s six fundraising campaigns. This year’s raffle deadline is Sunday, September 28. Purchase your ticket online at www.dreamraffle.org. Dream Raffle tickets are $100 each, and offer cash prizes of up to $100,000. If 2000 tickets are not sold, the raffle is a 50/50 split of tickets sold, less campaign expenses.
