Customer Service Representative
Entry Level
Eby-Brown, a national leader in the fast paced convenience distribution industry, is currently seeking a Customer Representative for its Montgomery, IL Distribution Center. Basic computer knowledge is required; experience using SAP is a plus.
Primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Provide assistance to customers with day to day questions/problems
- Respond to customer calls in a timely manner
- Receive and enter orders for customers and possibly the Sales Department
- Entering pick-ups, mis-picks and damages reported by customers for merchandise being returned
- Entering and researching shortages called in by customers
- Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Calling customers for notification of late deliveries
- Help solve all problems, whether it is a later delivery, missing credit, ordering problems, or complaints or concerns about other departments.
