DUI, Arrest Warrants, Suspended License: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dec. 20

Shiann Eichelberger, 19, of the 000-100 block of 3rd Ave, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for a traffic violation.

Dec. 21

Joshua Correa, 36, of the 1800 block of Mulberry Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for operating a vehicle with suspended registration after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation.

Dec. 22

Scott Martinez, 24, of the 1100 block of Raddant Road, Batavia, was arrested on a warrant out of DuPage County SO for driving while license suspended.

Dec. 23

Dominique Campbell, 27, of the 1800 block of Millard Ave, Chicago, was arrested for operating a vehicle with suspended registration after police stopped her vehicle for a traffic violation. Campbell was also issued a citation for no valid driver’s license.

Alexxius Hicks, 20, of the 1200 block of Monomoy Street, Aurora, was arrested on warrants out of Kane County SO for retail theft, DeKalb County SO for retail theft and out of DuPage County SO for retail theft.

Dec. 24

Gilberto Vargas, 31, of the 000-100 block of Sherwick Rd, Oswego, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage. Vargas was also issued a citation for driving without lights when required.

Dec. 26

Tony Wall, 55, of the 100 block of Pine Ridge, Oswego, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for disobeying a traffic control device. Wall was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Dec. 27

Daniel Gonzalez, 38, of the 500 block of Mohawk Street, Allentown, PA, was arrested for operating a vehicle with registration suspended after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation.
