Fleeing the Scene, Wallet Stolen, Child Endangerment: Montgomery Blotter

Incidents occurred between Feb. 5 and Feb. 14.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


Feb. 5

Jaime Correa, 41, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license revoked after the vehicle he was driving was involved in an accident. Correa fled the scene and was arrested at his residence a short time later. Correa was issued a citation for driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of an accident and improper lane usage.

Feb. 9

Someone stole a wallet and USC out of a locker in the 1800 block of Douglas Road.

Feb. 10

Alicia Burgess, 31, of the 2000 block of Kevin Drive, Montgomery, was arrested on a valid warrant out of Kendall County for endangering a life of a child. Burgess also had a warrant out of Cook County for driving while license suspended.

Feb. 11

Nancy Raguse, 62, of the 2400 block of Roxbury Lane, Montgomery, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation.

Resident reported an someone broke out all four windows on her 1995 Toyota Camry while it was parked in a driveway in the 2200 block of Gallant Fox Circle.

Ghia Rivers, 38, of the 5800 block of Oakwood Drive, Lisle, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License after police observed Rivers vehicle to be parked in the lane of traffic with her hazard lights on.

Feb. 14

Someone broke out a glass window of a business and stole a cash register drawer with an undetermined amount of USC.
