Kendall County Blotter: Burglaries, Drug Charges

Dec. 17
Joshua Benjamin, 19, of the 200 block of Wolverine, was arrested at Stonehill and Wolf and charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, Oswego police said.
Someone broke into a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Fox Chase Drive and stole a tablet worth $250, Oswego police said.

Andre Bell, 48, of the 200 block of Devoe Drive, was arrested at Walmart, 2300 Route 34, and charged with retail theft, Oswego police said.
Matthew Teare, 25, of the 100 block of Willoughby Court, Yorkville, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police at Cannonball Trail and Veterans Parkway and charged with possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police. He was also cited for driving without a valid registration, police said.

Someone entered two unlocked cars parked in the 0-100 block of Dolores, Kendall County Sheriff’s police said.

Someone burglarized a home in the 0-100 block of Old Post Road, stealing medication, cash and jewelry, Kendall County Sheriff’s police said.

A victim told Kendall County Sheriff’s police that her cell phone was stolen from her vehicle by an acquaintance in the 100 block of Rickard, police said.
Dec. 13
Police took a report of a burglary at a foreclosed home in the 400 block of Beaver Court, Oswego police said.
