Kendall County Blotter: Drunk Driver at Lover's Playground, Hit and Run

Jan. 3

Shane Petterson, 39, of the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue, Aurora, was arrested in the 1300 block of Route 30 by Kendall County Sheriff’s police and charged with DUI after deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated person at Lover’s Playground in unincorporated Aurora, police said.

Jan. 4

Oswego police took a report of a hit and run accident in the 500 block of Waubonsee Circle, police said.

Adam Schulte, 20, of Ogden Falls Boulevard, Oswego, was arrested on an in-state cannabis possession warrant, police said.

A 16-year-old male juvenile was arrested on a curfew violation charge at 2:53 a.m. in the 0-100 block of Circle Drive West, Montgomery, Kendall County Sheriff’s police said.

Jan. 5

Stephen Mercado, 22, of the 500 block of Bent Tree Lane, Oswego, was arrested on an unlawful delivery of cannabis warrant and failure to appear warrant, police said.
