Keith Lyda, 51, of Gilette Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at the Oswego Walmart, 2300 Route 34, on charges of felony retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police.
Dennis Kellen, 48, of the 1100 block of Russell Court, Aurora, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police at Douglas Road and Route 34 on a charge of DUI, police said.
Someone broke into a bank-owned property in the 2400 block of Wolf Road and damaged several doors, Kendall County Sheriff’s police said.

Christopher Bailes, 23, of the 200 block of Grant Street, Forsyth, was arrested in the 3400 block of Orchard Road on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, Oswego police said.
Amber Coe, 26, of the 0-100 block of Cayman, Montgomery, was arrested on charges of DUI, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after Kendall County Sheriff’s police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle that had allegedly been sitting at a stop sign for 30 minutes, police said. Deputies who arrived on the scene found Coe sleeping in her vehicle, and discovered drug paraphernalia and a small amount of cannabis in the vehicle, police said. Coe was also cited for improper parking, according to a police report.
