Carlos G. Rico, 40, of the 600 block of River Road, Aurora, was arrested on a charge of retail theft at Shell/Circle K, 160 Douglas Road, Oswego police said.

Zane Marchiando, 18, of the 26000 block of Milestone Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police at Circle Drive and Longbeach Road, Montgomery, on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
